When you share an email or document, the following options are available on the Email Options step.

Select who to send the email from. This defaults to your email address, but you can select to send the email from another contact.

Share Attachments Via Download Link

Select this option to include download links to the item in the email. This option is primarily used if one or more recipients are external contacts. When an external contact clicks the link, they are taken to a secure download page.

Select this option to attach the item to the email. This option is relevant when you select the Share By Email option as it ensures external contacts receive the documents.
