Timesheets Dashpart

The Timesheets dashpart provides access to your timesheets. You can view previously submitted timesheets, and edit any unsubmitted timesheets. If you are a line manager, you can also view and edit the timesheets of your direct reports.

The following options are available in this dashpart:

View the timesheet for a direct report. Select the person from the Contact list.
Note: If a new user does not appear in the Contact list, ensure they have a role assigned in the Timesheet User Setup. To assign a timesheet role, go to Activity Zone > Timesheet User Setup. Click for the company + branch the contact belongs to, and then click for the new contact. On the Contact Timesheet Allocation form, select a role from the Delegate Entry To (Role) list.

For contacts that have left the company but still appear in the Contact list, remove their role to prevent them from being listed.
