There are a number of methods you can use to find enquiries. - Edit an Enquiry
You edit an enquiry to modify its details, key dates, address details, and classifications. - Add a Note to an Enquiry
You can add notes to an enquiry to provide supporting information. - Edit an Enquiry Code
You can edit an enquiry code if you are a system administrator. You must enter a unique code that is not assigned to any other enquiry. - Configure Enquiry Reporting
You can configure the logo images that display on reports that users generate against an enquiry. You can set individual report logos for each module type, including DLM and observation reports. You can also set a general enquiry report logo, and this will be used in the absence of a logo for a particular module report type. - Delete an Enquiry
If you are a system administrator, you can delete an enquiry if it is no longer valid. You cannot delete an enquiry if it has associated documents, actions, or financial information - you must first dissociate or remove these items. You also cannot delete an enquiry if it has one or more child enquiries linked to it. In this case, you must either delete the child enquiries, or link them to other enquiries.
