Authenticate Cloud-based Outlook to Send Invoices, Client Statements, Vendor Payments, and Remittance Advice in Ajera

In order to send invoices, client statements, vendor payments, and remittance advice in Ajera using Cloud-based Outlook for Windows, you need to authenticate Outlook.

To Authenticate Cloud-based Outlook in Ajera

  1. Click > Utility > Authenticate Outlook.

This opens up the log on screen for Outlook in the browser.

An Email Authentication window also opens in the background. DO NOT close this window or the authentication process will fail.

  1. Sign in using your Outlook credentials.

A message will display notifying you the authentication was successful.

Note: You may need to authenticate Ajera as a third party application in your email domain.
