About emailing client invoices

With one action, you can email client invoices directly from the Client Invoice List using the email invoice template. You must have Microsoft Outlook 2003 or later, and the client invoice must have the status of Final.

How it works

Ajera takes the email invoice template assigned to the project and uses it to create a Microsoft Outlook email. You can include information like:

  • Recipient's email address (the billing contact of the invoice group)
  • Project manager email address
  • Employee's email address
  • Employee's company name
  • Project description
  • Company logo
