About Emailing Client Statements
In the Email Client Statement window, you can select client statements to preview and email. This will create an email for the selected client/project, attaching a PDF copy of the client statement report using the as of date and view selected.
You can select statements at the total, client, or project level. You cannot select at the invoice level. Clients with the Send Statement check box selected in Setup > Clients will automatically be selected but can be unselected, if needed.
If you are using Cloud-based Outlook for Windows and want a signature included with your email, you will need to set one up in the template.
When you preview a statement and you are using the new Cloud-based Outlook for Windows, the draft will be saved in your draft folder. If you are using the server based Outlook, the draft will open to be previewed.
