  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Office Master Manager

Use Specpoint's office master manager to integrate your organization's office master content as a baseline for all of your firm's projects.

The office master manager enables you to import, create, modify, publish, select, and remove your custom families. The office master manager has the following main features:

Office Masters These custom families enable you to use firm-level custom content as the baseline content for your A/E firm's projects.
Office Master Access Group This access group enables your A/E firm to allow only experienced and qualified design professionals to work with office master families and publish these families for your firm's projects.
Element Library The element library provides you with an inventory of all MasterSpec elements and all published office master elements. Use this page to manage multiple versions of your content and select the baseline content for your firm's projects.
Dashboard Use the office master dashboard to publish imported office master families to the element library and to all of your firm's projects. This dashboard serves as a layer of approval and finalization for office master families and prevents incorrect baseline content to spill to your firm's projects.
Import Page Use this page to import custom office master content into your A/E firm's office master dashboard and element library. This page also allows you to manage imported content, set associations, and preview uploaded content.
Office Master Workspace Use this workspace to manage and modify the content items in an office master family.
