- Access the Integration Platform
When provisioned for your account and you are a Portal user with an Admin role, you can access the Deltek Unionpoint Integration Platform to build custom integrations. However, if your Portal access only allows you to configure productized integrations, then you can't access the Integration Platform. - Access the Portal
You can log in to the Portal to access Deltek Unionpoint. - Access the Resource Center
You can access the Resource Center from within the Unionpoint Portal. - Activate a Portal Account

If you are a Portal user with an Admin role, you can delete a user from the Unionpoint Portal. - Edit a Portal User
If you are a Portal user with an Admin role, you can edit users in the Unionpoint Portal. - Grant an Access Request from a Deltek User
When necessary, and if you are a Portal user with an Admin role, you can grant a Deltek user access to your Integration Platform environment to receive assistance for a set duration. - Reject an Access Request from a Deltek User
If you are a Portal user with an Admin role, you can reject a Deltek user access to your Integration Platform environment. - Reset Multi-factor Authentication
You can reset your account's multi-factor authentication set up from within the Unionpoint Portal. - Revoke a Deltek User Access
As a Portal user with an Admin role, once you have granted an access request from a Deltek user, the said access automatically expires depending on the duration of the request. However, you can revoke the access manually before it expires. - Set Up an Integration in the Portal
If you are a Portal user with an Admin or a Manager role, you can set up a productized integration for Deltek-to-Deltek or Deltek-to-third-party products within the Unionpoint Portal. - View Account Settings
You can view your account settings from within the Unionpoint Portal. - View Deltek Users
If you are a Portal user with an Admin role, you can check the list of Deltek users with access or requesting access to your Unionpoint Integration Platform environment. - View Portal Users
If you are a Portal user with an Admin role, you can view the list of Unionpoint Integration Portal users for your customer account. - View Terms of Use
