Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Grant an Access Request from a Deltek User

When necessary, and if you are a Portal user with an Admin role, you can grant a Deltek user access to your Integration Platform environment to receive assistance for a set duration.

Prerequisite:

Note: To reject a Deltek user access to your Integration Platform environment, see Reject an Access Request from a Deltek User.

To grant an access request from a Deltek user:

  1. On the Deltek Users tab, find the user requesting an access to your Integration Platform environment.
  2. Check the Purpose and requested Duration associated with the request.
  3. Click Grant.
The duration of the access you granted begins from the moment the request is granted.
