Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Access the Portal

You can log in to the Portal to access Deltek Unionpoint.

Prerequisite:

To access the Portal:

  1. Use your Unionpoint Portal URL to display the Log In page.
    Note: You can add a bookmark to the Log In page of the Portal so you can easily access it the next time.
  2. On the Log In page, enter your Email, Password, and Authentication Code.
    Note: If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password?. For information about how to change your forgotten password, see Change a Forgotten Password. If your authentication codes do not work or you need to set up multi-factor authentication again, click Reset MFA?. For information on how to reset multi-factor authentication, see Reset Multi-factor Authentication.
  3. Click Log In.
    Note: Upon logging into the system for the first time, Unionpoint Portal users are now automatically redirected to the assigned region. There is no need to select your region from the Region Options page.
    Note: If you have exceeded the number of failed logins, an error message displays with additional information and you will be temporarily locked out.
    Note: You will be automatically logged out and redirected to the Log In page after 1 hour of inactivity.
