Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Reset Multi-factor Authentication

You can reset your account's multi-factor authentication set up from within the Unionpoint Portal.

Prerequisite:

  • Set up a Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) application that can scan QR codes, such as Duo or Google Authenticator.

To reset multi-factor authentication:

  1. From the login page, click Reset MFA?
    The Reset MFA form displays.
  2. Enter your Unionpoint email and password.
    An email with reset instructions is sent if the Unionpoint account exists.
  3. From the reset instructions email, click Reset MFA.
    Note: The link is only valid for 24 hours.
  4. Scan the QR code displayed on screen using your authenticator app.
  5. Enter your Unionpoint email and password, along with the new Authenticator Verification Code provided in your authenticator app.
  6. Click Confirm.
    You may now navigate to the regular Unionpoint Login page to log in.
