Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.
    Ex.system administration

View Portal Users

If you are a Portal user with an Admin role, you can view the list of Unionpoint Integration Portal users for your customer account.

Prerequisite:

  • Access the Portal.
Note: To add, edit, or delete Portal users, see Add a Portal User, Edit a Portal User, or Delete a Portal User.

To view Portal users:

  1. In the Portal, click the Manage Users tab.
  2. Review the Portal users and their corresponding roles.
