Use the Assign Account Function Codes toolkit to assign account function codes to all accounts in the Project Ledger and in the Prior Years Project Ledger.
Use the Check Pool Acct/Org Setups toolkit to help detect improper or questionable pool setups.
Use the Update Contract and Funded Values toolkit to update contract and funding values at each project level in the Project Master.
Use the Update Period of Performance toolkit to update period of performance dates at each project level in the Project Master.
Use the Compare Project Ledger to General Ledger toolkit to insert rows into the errors table (Z_PJPTOOL_ERRORS) to reflect cost differences between the General Ledger and the Project Ledger.
Use the Update Prior Years Units Columns toolkit to populate the Units columns in the Prior Years Project Ledger.
Use the Set Up Validations Using POA toolkit to select the Allow Charging check box in the Maintain Project Master screen (Projects » Project Setup » Project Master) for each project selected that has distinct rows in the project organization account table and to update the charging check boxes on this toolkit, if they are selected.
