  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Perform Batch Reporting

Use this procedure to perform batch reporting.

To perform batch reporting:

  1. Start the Open Plan Web Publisher by doing one of the following:
    • On the Tools tab, click Web Publisher.
    • Click the DeltekOpen Plan Web Publisher icon from the Deltek Applications group in Windows.

    The dialog box that is displayed depends on whether an Open Plan project has focus:

    • If an Open Plan project is open and has focus, the Open Plan Web Publisher dialog box is displayed.
    • If no Open Plan project has focus, Open Plan displays the Select Project dialog box where you can specify the project for the report.
  2. If appropriate, select a project in the Select Project dialog box.
  3. In the Batch field of the Open Plan Web Publisher dialog box, select the batch on which to report.
  4. In the Current Device field, select an output device on which to print your report, and click Run.
