Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase. Ex."system administration"
And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria. Ex.system + administration
Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default. Ex.system administration
Set Print Margins
Use this procedure to set print margins for reports.
To set print margins for Open Plan reports:
In the
Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, display the view for which you want to set print margins.
From the
File menu, click
Print > Print Options.
Note: This command is available from most project views.
On the General tab of the Print Options dialog box, set your desired print margins in hundredths of an inch.
The values you enter in this dialog box are added to any hardware or printer driver default values. The print margins you set apply to all Open Plan reports, regardless of the project that is open or the view that is displayed.
