Print Options Dialog Box

Open Plan uses a tabbed dialog box to control the many options available for printing a report.

Tabs

The Print Options dialog box contains the following tabs:

• General: This tab provides general information about the margins and notes to be included in the report as well as the orientation of the paper on which the report should be printed.
  Attention: For more information, see General Tab.
• View: The fields on this tab change, depending on the view that you are in.
  Attention: For more information, see View Tab (barchart, resource histogram, and risk histogram views) and View Tab (Network View).

Buttons

The table below provides information about the buttons in this dialog box.

Button	Description
Print Setup	Click this button to display the Print Setup Dialog Box, where you can specify the printer and printer properties to use. Note: This button is available on the General tab only.
OK	Click this button to saves the print options with the view and closes the dialog box.
Cancel	Click this button to close the dialog box without saving the print options.
Help	Click this button to display the help topic.
Preview	Click this button to display the report as it will be printed in a Preview window.
