Set Up a Printer

Use this procedure to set up a printer.

To set up a printer:

  1. In the Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, display the view for which you want to set up printer.
  2. From the File menu, click Print > Print Options.
  3. In the Name field of the Print Setup dialog box, select the printer that you want to use.
    You can select a printer to be used as either the default printer or as a specific printer to be used only for the current print job.
  4. From the Size drop-down list, select the size of the paper you want to use.
  5. From the Source drop-down list, select the paper tray that contains the paper to be used.
  6. Select the orientation for your print output.
  7. Click OK.
    You can also display the Print Setup dialog box from the print preview.
