Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Create a Report Batch

Use this procedure to create a report batch.

To create a report batch:

  1. Start the Open Plan Web Publisher by doing one of the following:
    • On the Tools tab, click Web Publisher.
    • Click the Deltek Open Plan Web Publisher icon from the Deltek Applications group in Windows.
    Note: The dialog box that is displayed depends on whether an Open Plan project has focus: If an Open Plan project is open and has focus, the Open Plan Web Publisher dialog box is displayed. If no Open Plan project has focus, Open Plan displays the Select Project dialog box where you can specify the project for the report.
  2. If appropriate, select a project in the Select Project dialog box, and click New.
  3. In the Create New Batch dialog box, enter a name for the new batch.
    You may enter up to 255 characters including spaces, ampersands (&), dashes, or underscores.
  4. Click Create.
  5. In the Open Plan Web Publisher dialog box, click Views.
  6. In the Add or Remove Views dialog box, move the views you want to include in the batch into the Views to Publish list box.
  7. Click OK.
Note: The Preview button in the Open Plan Web Publisher dialog box allows you to preview a view that is included in the batch.
