Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase. Ex."system administration"
And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria. Ex.system + administration
Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default. Ex.system administration
Create an Activity in a Barchart View
Use this procedure to create an activity in a barchart view.
To create an activity in a barchart view:
In the
Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, select a project to display in barchart view.
Take one of the following actions:
On the Edit tab, click Add Activity.
Double-click the selection button at the left edge of a blank row in the spreadsheet pane.
In the Activity Details dialog box, enter the information about the activity.
Although you do not need to enter all the information at this time, each activity must have a unique ID.
When you have entered as much information as you want, click
Close.
