Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Pasting an Activity

Use this procedure to paste an activity from the clipboard.

To paste an activity from the clipboard:

  1. Take one of the following actions:
    In a network view:
    1. In the Clipboard menu group of the Edit tab, click Paste.
    2. Move the Paste cursor to the location where you want to paste the activity and click.
    In a barchart or spreadsheet view:
    1. On the spreadsheet (or spreadsheet portion of the barchart), select a row.
    2. In the Clipboard menu group of the Edit tab, click Paste.

You may also right-click the row where you want to paste the activity, and click Paste on the shortcut menu.

Note: When pasting a copied activity, Open Plan automatically assigns a unique ID if the existing ID would produce a duplicate.
