Baseline Issues
A common issue in many reports that include baseline information is that the set of activities in the baseline no longer matches the set currently defined in the project.
For example, the baseline can include records of activities that were deleted from the project after the baseline was created. It is also possible to have activities in the project that were added since the last time the baseline was updated.
In spreadsheet, barchart, and network views, baseline data appears only in cases where an activity exists in both the baseline and the current project.
In resource histogram views, the resource and cost totals are based on all activities stored in the baseline, even if they no longer exist in the current project.
