Use the fields and options to configure the Open External Subprojects dialog box.

| Grid |
This dialog box contains a sortable grid that displays information about each subproject. |
| Name |
The name of the external subproject. |
| Description |
The description of the external subproject. |
| Time Now |
The time now date, or "status date" of the external subproject. All progress information entered for a project should be correct as of this status date. No work will be scheduled by the time analysis or resource scheduling programs prior to this date. |
| Owner ID |
The user ID of the individual who created the external subproject, or was assigned the ownership of the subproject. |
