The Reporting Toolbar provides access to the various means of running reports. The availability of the options in the reporting toolbar is based on the role of the user.
Click this button to launch the Preview form where you can review and print the report, send the report as an email attachment or send a link to the report in an email message. You can also choose to download the report to a file. For more information, see Preview Form.
Click this button to print the selected report. For more information, see Print Dialog Box.
Click this button to set the schedule for when to run various processes on the process server.

Click this button to email PM Compass reports. For more information, see Email Report Dialog Box.
Click this button to save any PM Compass report as an Adobe PDF file, Rich Text Format (RTF) file, Microsoft Word file, or Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, and so on. For multiple-page reports, you can choose which pages to include in the file. For more information, see Download Report Dialog Box.
Click this button to create a report archive. You can view the Archived reports in the Archived Reports tab in the Reporting form. For more information, see Archive Report Dialog Box.
