Run a Report

These procedures allow you to run and preview any report using live data from the Reporting form of Deltek PM Compass.

For more information on reports, see Reporting Overview.

To run and display the report from the Reporting form:

On the Navigation menu, click Reports » <Report Category>.
In the Reports grid, select the report to run or preview.
Click in the Options column to display the Report Options dialog box where you can customize your report options.
Click in the Selection column to specify the record selection criteria for the report.
Click Preview on the Reporting toolbar to generate the report.

If no report options have been defined, when you click Preview, it will load the Report Options dialog box and will allow you to define the report options. Otherwise, it will directly preview the report.
