Including multiple clients on a project
You can add a client to a project by adding an invoice group, where you identify the additional client.
To include multiple clients on a project
- From the > Manage menu, click Project Command Center.
- In the project list at the top of the window, click the project that you want to add a client to.
- Add an invoice group for the additional client you want to include on the project.
While adding the invoice group, on the Invoice subtab under the Project Info tab, enter the name of the additional client in the Client field, and select a different invoice format if needed.
- Add phases for the invoice group.
While adding a phase, click the Billing subtab under the Project Info tab and select a different billing type, if needed.
- Click Save.
