Changing a project

To change a project

  1. From the > Manage menu, click Project Command Center.
  2. In the project list at the top of the window, click the project you want to change.

You can use the search to find any project you selected to show in the project list. Find a project typing any part of the name in the Search field. You can also search by project ID or client if you first select the ID or Client option.

  1. Change the status of the project or phase, as needed.
  2. Change the billing type, as needed.
  3. Work with the project tree to add, change, reorganize, copy, or delete phases, invoice groups, or billing groups.
  4. Click a tab and change the project information.

If you change the rate table for the project and want the existing WIP entries to use the new rates, you must recalculate the billing rates on the client invoices.

  1. Click Save.
  2. Click Close.
