In this pane, the following columns are available:

Column Description
Element Name This displays the element number and name of the uploaded or imported family.

For an uploaded or imported family with child product types, this column displays the product types nested under the parent family. You can click the family to show or hide its available product types. For each parent family, the following icons are available:
  • : This indicates that you collapsed the family and hid its child product types.
  • : This indicates that you expanded the family and displayed its child product types.
Product Types This displays the number of product types under the family, if any.
Date This displays the date when you or another project team member uploaded or imported the family.
Caution For each uploaded family, this displays the number of articles that contain caution items detected by the platform's converter. These caution items are minor issues with the uploaded content against Specpoint's baseline content format, such as:
  • Duplicate property titles/keys that the converter renamed

    See Contents of a Paragraph.

  • Removal of text boxes
  • Removal of highlights
  • Removal of hyperlinks

If caution items are available (if the caution count is 1 or greater), click (count icon) to view the list of caution items in the Caution window. This window provides you with a list of articles recommended for revision and re-upload in your external content.

See Caution Window for Office Master Import.

Needs Attention For each uploaded family, this displays the number of articles that contain errors that need immediate attention. These errors are major issues in the uploaded content against Specpoint's baseline content format, such as:
  • Duplicate instance of a product type or product type property
  • Styles outside the MasterSpec library
  • Deviations from the MasterSpec content structure

If error items are available (if the error count is 1 or greater), click (count icon) to view the list of errors in the Needs Attention window. This window provides you with a list of articles to revise in your external content before your re-upload the file to Specpoint.

Remove Click (delete icon) to discard or remove the uploaded or imported family and its product types.
