Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Set Associations Window for Office Master Import

Use this window to set an association between your uploaded family and an assembly. This enables you to select a target position in the UniFormat content structure for the family and its product types.

For office master imports, the Set Associations window displays all the available project elements in an element tree, which follows the hierarchy of project elements in the UniFormat or assembly-driven structure that Specpoint uses. This element tree is a representation of the project elements tree in the Project Elements pane.

This window enables you select the parent assembly for an uploaded family or product type to determine its position in the content structure and element hierarchy. For your selected position, this window also shows the indirect parent assemblies and sibling assemblies to give you a better understanding of surrounding and related content.
