Integrating a Specpoint Project with a Revit Model
Use this part of the documentation as reference for integrating your Specpoint project with your Revit model.
The integration workflow consists of the following tasks:
- Log in to Specpoint plug-in for Revit to access your Specpoint plug-in for Revit project data.
- Configure the Specpoint assembly code file for your Revit model.
- Link your Specpoint project to your Revit model.
- Set assembly codes for your Revit model elements.
- Review your elements and associations in the Specpoint Model Validation report.
In addition, you can use Specpoint plug-in for Revit to perform the following tasks:
- View project specifications for your model elements' associated assemblies and families.
- Select product listings for your model elements.
Note: Performing the integration workflow within
Specpoint plug-in for Revit requires that you have administrator or elevated privileges for your
Windows user account.
