Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Document Settings Pane

Use the contents of this pane to configure formatting options, such font styles and font sizes, for the selected/active style guide.

Tabs

In this pane, the following tabs that organize the document and formatting settings are available:

Tab Description
Global Click this tab to access options for formatting general project content.

See Document Settings - Global Tab.

Styles Click this tab to access options for formatting section content on all MasterFormat outline levels, such as parts, articles, and paragraphs.

Title Click this tab to access options for formatting the section titles and end of section lines in your project sections.

Notes Click this tab to access options for formatting notes to specifier throughout your project.
