Project Formatting and Styles
As an administrator or author, you can configure the format of your exported project sections and project manuals to customize the appearance of your project specifications.
To meet the formatting requirements of a given project, the following features are available:
- Style Guides: This is a collection of configured formatting settings that apply to various portions of the project contents. Use style guides to set the format, such as font, margins, and alignment, of general project contents and section contents.
For more information, see Style Guides.
- Headers & Footers: You can create header & footer templates to add project and firm information on your project's pages.
For more information, see Headers & Footers.
Both style guides and header & footer templates are firm-wide settings. Specpoint saves these settings and makes them available for all your firm's projects. For a given project, you can select from and apply any of your firm's available style guides and header & footer templates.
