Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Format Page for Style Guides

For style guides, use this page to configure style guides and formatting settings and determine how your project content displays in the exported project files and section preview.

The Format page contains options for formatting your project output organized into three panes. Each pane provides you with controls to manage one major aspect of the styling workflow. Refer to the following table for the available panes and the tasks that you can perform in each pane:

Pane Description
Style Guides Tab
  • Manage and apply style guides.
  • Select style guides for which to set document and formatting settings.
  • Switch to the Headers & Footers tab.
Document Settings Pane
  • Configure document and formatting settings for the selected style guide.
Style Preview Pane
  • Preview how your exported project content will display based on your selected styles and configured settings.
  • Copy or delete the selected style guide.
