Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Format Page for Style Guides

For style guides, use the contents of this page to configure styles and adjust the formatting of your exported and previewed project content.

Navigate to the following contents:

Style Guides Tab

This tab contains options for managing your project's style guides as well as selecting a style guide for which to set document and formatting settings.

Document Settings Pane

This pane contains controls for configuring formatting options, such as font styles and font sizes, for the selected style guide on the Style Guides tab.

Style Preview Pane

In this pane, the following options and elements are available:

Item Description
Remove Style Guide This option is available only to administrators and authors.

Click this button to delete the active or selected style guide on the Style Guides tab.

Copy Style Guide This option is available only to administrators and authors.

Click this button to create a copy of the active or selected style guide on the Style Guides tab.

Last Modified This indicates when the style guide was last modified.
Section Preview This displays how a section displays in your exported files based on your specified formatting settings.
