Use the fields and options to manage and configure the different Costpoint Mobile T&E screens.
Menu Items
Field | Description |

Time | Tap
Time to display the
Timesheet screen, which allows you to perform several tasks for your timesheet.
The Timesheet screen contains the following icons:

Capture Receipt | Tap Capture Receipt to access the Capture Receipt screen, which allows you to either take an image using your device’s camera or select an image from the archive or camera gallery, and easily attach the image to an expense report. |
Expense Reports | Tap
Expense Reports to display the
Expense Reports screen, which allows you to manage expense reports and outstanding expenses depending on your role.

Self Service | Tap
Self Service to display the
Self Service screen, which allows you to view your pay and expense payment records.

Leave | Tap
Leave to display the
Leave screen, which shows your leave balances by type.
The Leave screen contains the following icons:

Tasks | Tap Tasks to display the Tasks/Dashboard screen, which shows the tasks you need to perform. |
Settings | Tap Settings to display the Settings screen, which helps you configure the Costpoint Mobile T&E settings. |
Help | Tap Help to display the user guide for this application. |
Logout | Tap Logout to log out of the application. |
Make Timesheets Available Offline | Tap Make Timesheets Available Offline to display the Make Available Offline screen and download the timesheets to use for time entry without internet connection. This menu item is available only when the Allow Offline Access option in Costpoint Time & Expense is selected. |
