Narrative Score

The Narrative Score feature enables you to assess and generate scores for Explanation, Corrective Action, and Impact narratives based on seven criteria using the Analyze form.

The Narrative Score feature employs an artificial intelligence tool that utilizes publicly available information and proprietary data created and owned by Deltek. It is provided subject to the Cobra terms. Deltek does not independently verify the accuracy of each score. Users are encouraged to independently review and verify the accuracy of the narrative score.

The criteria for generating the narrative score are as follows:

• Challenges and mitigation
• Clarity and conciseness
• Completeness
• Future outlook
• Language and style
• Metrics and quantification
• Structure

Enabling and Utilizing the Narrative Score Feature

To enable and utilize the Narrative Score feature, the following conditions must be met:

• Valid artificial intelligence login credentials are entered into EPM Security Administrator or PPM Administrator.

• The Analyze process is run for control accounts.
• The currently selected control account contains narratives in any of the following categories:
  • Explanation
  • Impact
  • Corrective Action

When the conditions are met, the Generate Narrative Score button is displayed and enabled in the Narrative pane of the Analyze form. Click the button to generate the narrative score for the selected control account. A hyperlinked narrative score is then displayed next to the button and in the Narrative Score column. Click any of these hyperlinks to open the Narrative Score dialog box and view the detailed narrative score summary.
