Generate the Narrative Score

Follow this procedure to generate the narrative score.

To generate the narrative score:
  1. Ensure that you have valid artificial intelligence login credentials entered in EPM Security Administrator or PPM Administrator.
  2. Display the Analyze Project dialog box by completing one of the following actions:
    • In the Analysis group on the Reporting tab, click Analyze.
    • In the Cobra Explorer, select the Projects group bar, right-click the Projects pane, and select Analyze on the shortcut menu.
  3. Select a project in the Project field.
  4. Select <Control Account> in the Code field, and click OK.
  5. In the Results pane, select a control account.
  6. In the Narrative pane, perform the following actions:
    1. If narratives have not been entered for the control account in any of these categories—Explanation, Impact, or Corrective Action—enter your intended narratives in the Narrative Text field, and save your changes.
      Note: If narratives have already been entered for the control account in the selected category, the narratives will be displayed in the Narrative Text field. You can edit existing narratives.
    2. Click the Generate Narrative Score button.
      Note: If you click the button without saving your changes first, Cobra will display the following message: "Generating a narrative score requires all pending changes to be saved. Do you want to save now?”

      The hyperlinked narrative score is displayed next to the Generate Narrative Score button and in the Narrative Score column for the control account. Click any of the hyperlinks to display the Narrative Score dialog box and view the detailed narrative score summary.
