Analyze Form
The Analyze form displays the results of the project analysis process.
It highlights variances that exceed the specified thresholds, either by value or percentage, for a given code. Negative cost and schedule variances that surpass these thresholds are displayed in contrasting colors. You can collapse or expand the code structure and resource file codes to drill down to any level within the structure.
By selecting a code in the grid, right-clicking the grid, and clicking an option from the shortcut menu, you can create one of the following graph reports:
- CV vs SV
- S, P, A, ETC Curves
- SPI, CPI, TCPI Curves
- SV% vs CV% Bullseye
- SPI vs CPI Bullseye
Right-click the graph report to access options for modifying the image or printing the information.
The Analyze form consists of two panes.
- Results Pane: This upper pane displays data columns for your project analysis.
- Narrative Pane: This lower pane enables you to display and edit narratives for the selected code file codes.
You can perform the following tasks on the Analyze form:
- Create graphs or reports.
- Customize graphs using the Chart Wizard.
- Copy narrative information.
- Assess and generate scores for narratives based on criteria.
