Get Narrative Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to copy existing narratives.

Field	Description
Copy narrative from previous period	Select this option to copy narratives from the previous period into the current period for the current category.
Copy narrative from child codes to parent code	Select this option to copy narratives from the child codes into the selected code. This option is enabled only if the selected code has child codes. Cobra copies narratives entered at the work package level to its control account.
Copy narrative for all categories	Select this option to copy narratives from all categories for the selected code file code, not just the displayed category. If you select this option and a narrative score has already been generated for the control account from the previous period, Cobra also copies the narrative score to the current period. The hyperlinked narrative score is displayed next to the Generate Narrative Score button and in the Narrative Score column for the control account.
Copy narrative only from Control Accounts	Select this option to copy narratives only from control accounts. This option is available only if you selected the Copy narrative from child codes to parent code option and if a control account is selected in the Results pane. This option is relevant only if the WBS (work breakdown structure) is assigned to the Key Field 1.
