There is a token limit per minute when interacting with Azure OpenAI, depending on your company’s setup. If the number of users accessing the Narrative Score feature at the same time exceeds the assigned token limit per minute, this issue may occur. Take one of the following actions

It is possible that the Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime, a control that uses Microsoft Edge as a rendering engine, is not yet installed or is corrupted on the client machine. WebView2 is often included with certain applications, such as Microsoft 365 applications and Windows 10 version 21H1 or later. However, Microsoft Server installations do not automatically install the Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime.
