Changing the Duration of an Activity in Any View

Use this procedure to change the duration of an activity in any view.

To change the duration of an activity in any view:

1. Right-click the activity for which you want to change the duration.
2. On the shortcut menu, click Edit Activity.
3. On the General tab of the Activity Details dialog box, enter the new duration.
4. Click Apply.
