You can set system-wide options in Open Plan by clicking Application on the submenu to display the Options dialog box. - Creating a New Project or Ancillary File
When you create a new project or ancillary file, you have the option of creating it using default settings or using the New File Wizard to specify some or all of the settings. - Assigning an Ancillary File to a Project
When you create a project using the New File Wizard, you have the option of assigning ancillary files during the procedure. However, if you create the project using Open Plan defaults, only the <Default> calendar is assigned.
