Access Control List

For each securable entity (such as report, workflow, and dashboard) in PM Compass, an Access Control List (ACL) exists. The ACL contains a list of users or groups that can access an entity.

You have access to the entity under the following conditions:

• You are currently logged on (and as the logged-on user, you are the owner)

• Your User ID is included in the ACL

• Your User ID belongs to a group that is in the ACL

The list is not copied when you are copying any of the following:

• Dashboards

• Dashparts

• Import and Export Configurations

• Workflow Types

• Projects

• Reports

These becomes personal when you copy them, and you (as the currently logged-on user) become the owner.
