To select optional columns for expense report details for Expense Reports in the browser

  1. Click > Manage > Expense Reports.
  2. Click in the Expense Report Detail section to open Expense Report Detail Optional Columns window.
  3. Select the optional columns you would like to add.
Rejected By The name of the accounting staff who rejected the expense report.
Reference

Number used to group and summarize similar items on the credit card bank register

For example, on your credit card, you have separate charges for the hotel room and for parking at the hotel. On your expense report, you enter H100 as a reference number for both the room charges expense item and the parking expense item.

If the expense is to be reimbursed on a vendor invoice, this field is for reference only on the expense report.

Import

If the transaction is associated with a credit card import detail item, the box prefills with an ID for the transaction
Has Attachments Indicates if the expense report includes attachments.
Notes Any notes about the expense report.
Manager Notes Any notes from the manager.
