Contents of the New Workspace
Use the contents of this workspace to work on a project, its elements, and element content items.
Contents
In the new workspace, the following contents are available:
| Content | Description |

| New Workspace Action Bar | This action bar provides you with general features that you can use to work on your project elements and their content items. This bar also provides access to project management functions, including project parameters, product selection, and workspace settings. This action bar contains options that you can use to manage a project in the new workspace. |
| Categories Panel | This panel enables you to select categories and disciplines, which filter the available project elements in the Elements panel and product listings in the Product Listings window. |
| Elements Panel | This panel displays all project elements, such as families, sections, and product types, in an element tree and enables you to add or remove these elements from your project. |
| New Workspace Editor | This editor enables you to manage the selected project element in the Elements panel as well as work on the element's available properties and content items.

| Track Changes Tab | This tab allows you to review, accept, or reject edits made to element content items. You can use track change tips on this tab to navigate to in-line track changed content.

| Ask Dela Chat Box | The
Ask Dela chat box is an integrated generative AI assistant that answers questions about
Specpoint features,
MasterSpec content, and related resources.

New Workspace Action Bar
On this action bar, the following options are available:

| Project Name | This displays the name of the project. | |
| Click this button to view product listings in the Product Listings window (project level) and browse products for your A/E firm's project. This window displays product listings based on your selected project element. | ||
| Click this button to open the available supporting documents for your selected family, section, or product type. These documents provide professionals at any level with guidance, research, and coordination checklists to help them develop project information more effectively. | ||
| This option is available only for an added
family, section, or
product type.
Click this button to open the Section Preview window and view how the selected element's specified articles and paragraphs display in a traditional section view or in a project output. |

Click this button to export the project section in which the selected element belongs, as a PDF file. |

| Expand All | For an
assembly, click this button to expand all its
performance requirements and show their input fields.
For a family, section, or product type, click this button to expand all its articles and show all their paragraphs. |
