Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Office Master Menu Options

Use these menu options to access different pages for working with office master imports.

Options

On this menu, the following options are available:

Option Description
Element Library Display the element library.

The element library provides you with an inventory of all MasterSpec elements and all published office master elements. Use this page to manage multiple versions of your content, and to select the baseline content for all of your firm's projects.

Dashboard Display the office master dashboard.

The office master dashboard enables you to publish imported office master families and/or existing work items to the element library and to all your firm's projects.

Import Display the Office Master Import page.

Use this page to import custom content into your A/E firm's element library and the office master dashboard. This page also allows you to manage imported content, set associations, and preview uploaded content.
