Rounded Timestamp
The time in the timestamp field depends on the various settings in the person's Rounding Policy. Rounding Policies are configured on the Rounding Policy form and then assigned to the employee or employee group via the Employee Setting or Employee Group Setting form. A Rounding Policy defines how time will be rounded when the employee clocks in or out.
Posting Date
Posting Date is the date that the event would post to the employee’s timecard. The Posting Date is determined based on the calculations of the Schedule system. If the Schedule system is not available or if there is no schedule, then Post Date is determined by the Post Date Policy. Post Date Policies are configured on the Post Date Policy form and then assigned to the employee or employee group via the Employee Setting or Employee Group Setting form.
The Post Date Policy determines how time stamps are calculated for real time transactions so that they appear properly on the timecard.

This field is not visible by default. You may have to enable them in your Form Profile.

This field will only display values if the action was recorded from the Mobile Client application. For all other devices, including the Mobile Client used from a web browser, the location will not be recorded and this field will be blank.
The Accuracy level depends on how the location was recorded. For example, a location recorded using GPS or a Wi-Fi connection will be more accurate than a location recorded using cell phone tower triangulation. You can use the ACCURACY_TOLERANCE_LEVEL setting in a Terminal Profile to restrict signing and event posting based on a location’s accuracy level.

Click Main Menu > Administration > Data Collection > Action.
If the record you are searching for is not visible on the form, you can use the filter fields to search for it. Click the Filter button to display the fields. Enter information such as Person Number, Posting Date, Event Name, GID, DID, and Offline/Online in the applicable filter fields.
Click Find on the horizontal toolbar. The records that match your criteria will display.
The Un-Cancel button must be enabled in your Security Role in order to be visible on the Action form.
You can use the Un-Cancel button to remove the Cancel status from an Action record that was cancelled due to an error in the PAIR_FORMATION process.
A PAIR_FORMATION error occurs when actions are processed out of order. For example, a Clock Out action is received before the Clock In action due to issues trying to synchronize various data collection devices.
On the Process Status tab of the Action form, the PAIR_FORMATION process will display an Error status, and the corresponding Action record will display a Cancel Type of CANCELLED, a Cancel Date, and Cancelled By.
Once the required Action record is received and displays on the Action form (in this case, the Clock In action), you can reset the Process Status of the PAIR_FORMATION process of the record with the error. In this case, you would select the cancelled Clock Out action, and on the Process Status tab select the PAIR_FORMATION record and click Re-Process Export. The status of the PAIR_FORMATION process will change to Ready.
Next, click the Un-Cancel button on the Action form to remove the Cancel status from the Action record (in this case, the Clock Out action). The record’s Cancel Type, Cancel Date, and Cancelled By values will be deleted. The actions are now ready for processing by LABOR_ALL_MT.
