Process Status

The Process Status tab on the Action Move Quantity form indicates whether an action record has been submitted to the external ERP via the OUT Service. You can re-submit a record that has already been submitted by clicking the Re-Process button. When you re-process a record, the OUT Service will include it next time it runs.

 

Process Status Field Descriptions

Process Name

The identifying name of the process.

Process Status

Ready - The transaction is ready to be sent to the ERP.

Complete - The transaction has been processed and sent to the ERP.

Cancelled Before Processing – The transaction was cancelled before being processed.

Processing Date

Identifies when the process started by year, month, day, HH:MM:SS AM/PM.

 

Re-Process

  1. On the Process Status tab, select the record you want to re-process.

  2. Click Re-Process.
