In addition to the Timesheet Form, you use dialog boxes to complete related tasks, such as selecting employees, completing timesheet floor checks, or reviewing timesheet revisions.

After reviewing the status of time entry on the Floor Check dialog box, you can use the Email Employees from Floor Check dialog box to send email alerts to a selected group of employees (for example, to notify them that they need to complete their time entry for the timesheet period or for the day). - Floor Check Dialog Box
If you are responsible for making sure that employee time entry is completed on time, you can display the Floor Check dialog box from the Timesheet form to review the status of time entry for your employees for a timesheet period or for a specific day. - Planned Hours Dialog Box
Use the Planned Hours dialog box to see a summary of an employee's planned hours, if the employee is assigned to project plans in the Project Planning application. - Print Timesheet Report Option Dialog Box
Use the Print Timesheet Report Option dialog box to select a default printing option that controls which report, if any, that Vision generates when you submit a timesheet for processing. - Ratios Dialog Box
Use the Ratios dialog box to review timesheet ratios. - Revision Audit Dialog Box
Vision may be set up to require an explanation or reason for a timesheet revision. If a revision explanation is required, the Revision Audit dialog box automatically displays when you save or submit the revised timesheet. - Revision Audit History Dialog Box
The Revision Audit History dialog box lists, by date, the number of revisions that have been made to the timesheet, the changes that were made to each field, and a brief explanation for each revision. - Select Employee Timesheet Dialog Box
Use the Select Employee Timesheet dialog box to view and change the status of timesheets, edit timesheets, and approve timesheets. - Timesheet Period Selection Dialog Box
Use the Timesheet Period Selection dialog box to select and open a timesheet for any timesheet period.
