Introduction to Reports

MPM provides a variety of tabular and graphic standard reports specifically designed to meet government reporting requirements and your in-house reporting and analysis needs. You can condition each report to select its content and format for a specific purpose.

This section describes the MPM features and procedures that apply to report in general. For descriptions of each individual report, see Report Descriptions.

Because MPM is so flexible, the options in the conditioning can produce numerous reports. The table that follows describes how to receive the desired report.

Standard Reports Overview

To receive a specific report, complete the following steps:

Find the report you want in the first column.
Access the icon in the second column from the Menu Manager under the Reports tab.
Choose the designated Data Type in the third column in the conditioning window.
