Reviews

Reviews enable you to collaborate and approve or reject assets in a shared space. Depending on your review role, you can create, participate in, and complete reviews for assets.

Your review role determines how you can participate in a review. ConceptShare has four pre-configured review roles. If you are an administrator, you can customize these pre-configured roles:

• Approver
• Commenter
• Reviewer
• Viewer

Launching Reviews

Reviews open in the Proofing Workspace. Depending on your role and permissions, you can:

• Open a Review by Performing a Global Search
• Open a Review from the Work Screen
• Open a Review from the Reviews Screen
• Open a Review from the Projects Dashboard
• Open a Review from the Project Activity Feed
• Open a Review from the Global Activity Feed
• Open a Review from a Smart Folder
• Open a Review from the Reviews Screen using ConceptShare Mobile
• Open a Review from an Email
